NIH Program Officer Panel Sets the Stage for Day 2 of 2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting
On Wednesday, July 9, the second day of the 2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting began at 7:30 AM in the Crystal Ballroom with the NIH Program Officers Panel. Attendees enjoyed a breakfast buffet while hearing updates and insights from NIH leaders. The panelists discussed relevant updates and recommended strategies related to current research initiatives in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and biomedical research.
The panel was moderated by Damaris Javier, PhD, AIM-AHEAD Co-Investigator and Co-Director of the AIM-AHEAD Bridge2AI AI-READI and AIM-AHEAD ScHARe Training Programs.
Panelists included:
- Sydney McMaster, MPH: NIH Program Officer for the AIM-AHEAD All of Us Training Program
- Dr. Michael G. Kurilla: Director of the Division of Clinical Innovation at NCATS
- Resat Haluk: Program Director at the NIH Office of the Director and NIH Common Fund
- Snipta Mallick: Data Scientist at the NIH Office of the Director and NIH Office of Data Science Strategy.
