New Fall Session of AIM-AHEAD and Georgetown University’s "AI for Health Care Applications Live Lecture Series"

This fall, AIM-AHEAD and Georgetown University are expanding the popular AI for Health Care Applications course on AIM-AHEAD Connect with new opportunities for live interaction and support. The AI for Health Care Applications Live Lecture Series will begin on October 20, 2025, and the sessions will be held every other Monday until December 15, 2025, from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Central Time. These virtual sessions will give learners the chance to meet instructors, explore Python notebooks together, and ask coding questions in real time.

To further support learners, bi-weekly Live Office Hours will be held on Mondays starting from October 27, 2025 through December 8, 2025, offering additional time for Q&A and discussion about course materials and related Python and R offerings.

The self-guided course, available asynchronously on AIM-AHEAD Connect, introduces foundational AI and machine learning concepts applied to health care data. The course is designed for learners with some coding experience who are ready to expand their skills and apply AI methods to real-world datasets.

Participants may enroll in the course, register for the Live Lecture Series, or sign-up for Office Hours (see the AIM-AHEAD Latest Events link below), to enhance their learning experience on AIM-AHEAD Connect. Zoom links for all live sessions will be provided upon registration.
