On Tuesday, July 8, during the 2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting, 14 AIM-AHEAD Awardees, Fellows, and Trainees from across multiple programs participated in the Poster Lightning Round Lunch session, where they each delivered three-minute elevator pitches showcasing their respective research posters. Held during the lunch hour, attendees enjoyed a buffet meal while learning about innovative research led by select program participants curated by program leaders from across the consortium.

Presenters were nominated by leaders within their respective programs, with each program director or program team selecting one standout poster based on the quality of the research and presentation.

The session was led by Dr. Claudia Der-Martirosian, a Senior Investigator at OCHIN with expertise in quantitative sociology, health services research, and implementation science. Her work spans a range of topics including telehealth, healthcare access, disaster response, and the role of non-medical factors of health. Dr. Der-Martirosian brings extensive experience in complex study design, data analytics, and health policy research.
