Call for Mentors: AIM-AHEAD Research Fellowship (Cohort 4)
The AIM-AHEAD Research Fellowship Program is actively seeking mentors for Cohort 4! Mentors will support their assigned Fellow throughout the program, which concludes on September 30, 2026.
This fellowship supports 24 early-career researchers, including graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, junior faculty, and others within 10 years of earning their highest degree. Research projects must align with AIM-AHEAD North Star III: Use AI/ML to improve behavioral health, cardiometabolic health, and cancer outcomes for all.
Mentors should be experienced in AI/ML and health research, actively working in relevant fields, and committed to supporting Fellows’ career development. Each mentor will supervise one Fellow and serve as a professional role model. Mentors are compensated with a $10,000 subaward, plus 8% indirect costs from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Mentor matches will be facilitated through AIM-AHEAD Connect.
